Registration fees

Early-bird until 30th of March

  • Participant: NOK 6200 (including 25% VAT)
  • Contributor: NOK 5400 (including 25% VAT)

Please note that the deadline date is at 24:00 hours local Norwegian time.

Regular fee after 30th of March

  • Participant: NOK 7200 (including 25% VAT)
  • Contributor: NOK 5400 (including 25% VAT)

All fees stated are including VAT (25%). Exchange rates may vary.

Fees for Participant and Contributor include: Access to the conference and social programme, conference documentation, coffee and lunches according to the programme, the Welcome reception 18th of June, Newcomers’ Club 18th of June and Get-together dinner on 19th of June if marked in the registration form.

Please note that the conference fee does not include accomodation. All participants need to book their own accomodation.  We have reserved rooms at two hotels and the  conference rates pr night is NOK 1390. Rates include breakfast and VAT.  We can only guarantee conference rates until the 8th of May.

Accommodation must be paid directly to the hotel during your stay. In order to guarantee accommodation you need to state your credit card details upon booking.

Payment

Payment must be made in advance of the conference.

Participants and Contributors can choose to pay either by credit card or by invoice.

Payment with credit card: Your credit card will be charged on 8th of May and the receipt will be sent by e-mail to your registered address.

Payment by invoice: The invoice will be sent by e-mail on 8th of May. It is up to each participant to forward this to the correct recipient. Payment has to be done within 10 days, no exceptions.

 

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation or changes before 8th of May

It is possible to cancel or change your registration free of charge until 8th of May. You have access to both cancel or do other changes (e.g.social activities, special food requirements) in your registration via a link provided in the e-mail you received confirming your registration.

Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place by changing the personal information in the registration form.

Cancellation or changes after 8th of May

Cancellation or changes after 8th of May 2017 must be made in writing and sent to Tanja Kloster: takl@berg-hansen.no.

We regret that no refunds or reductions of fees will be accepted for cancellations made after the 8th of May 2017, nor for no-shows for any reasons.

Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Please contact Tanja Kloster: takl@berg-hansen.no as soon as possible.

We appreciate if you let us know if you are prevented for participating in social activities you are signed up for.

Cancellation of hotel reservation

Accommodation is booked by each participant. Please contact the hotel directly if you need to cancel or make changes in your reservation.
